The St. Petersburg College Planetarium is a “star theater” that can accurately simulate the night sky at any time or location on Earth. The planetarium comfortably seats 47, and is open regularly on Friday evenings for free public shows.

Show times are 7 pm and 8:15 pm on the dates listed above. Reservations are not necessary. Sorry, but children under the age of 5 cannot be admitted to the planetarium.

Weather permitting, the rooftop observatory will be open for telescope viewing after the shows.The SPC Planetarium is located on the 2nd floor of the Natural Science building (SC 205) on the St. Petersburg Gibbs campus, on 69th Street North at 5th Avenue. Ample free parking is available.
